Welcome, I’m Hannah!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by child abuse, sexual assault, narcissistic abuse, and domestic violence.
I’m especially passionate about working with teens and adults who are unpacking trauma, people-pleasing patterns, attachment wounds, and struggles with self-worth. I also support those navigating late diagnoses of ADHD and autism, as well as individuals living with chronic illness. I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the therapy space, which means that when you’re exhausted from advocating for yourself, feeling “too much,” or wondering why things have always felt harder than they seem for others, I truly get it.
My approach is attachment-based and trauma-informed, and I tailor therapy to each client’s needs. This can include cognitive strategies, somatic work, parts-based approaches, and tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). For clients healing from PTSD, I can also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment for reducing PTSD symptoms. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with who you really are, and build a life that actually fits you.
Originally from San Antonio, I’ve called North Texas home for several years. Outside of work, you can usually find me walking my dogs, reading thrillers or historical fiction novels, or drinking great coffee with my husband. I believe meaningful healing happens in authentic relationships, and I’m honored to create that kind of space with my clients.
